We currently accept medicare eligible patients, enrolled in the following Medicare HMO plans:  Secure Horizons, Rocky Mountain HMO Senior Plan and Humana Gold.  If you have Medicare and are NOT enrolled in one of these plans, please call our office to see how to enroll.  At this time, we are not participating with Medicare unless you are enrolled in one of these plans.
